Yahoo Account Termination Steps:
Step1: Click on the Yahoo! Account Termination page and sign in.
Step2: You must have logged in by now. If you have forgotten your username or password just click on I can’t access my account. Recognize the issue you have and give in the details to get access to your account back.
In case your account has been hacked into, select My account may have been compromised as the problem you are facing and give details asked.
Step3: To know what services will be ended Read through the account-termination notification page. Deleting your account will translate into losing all Yahoo! Services including Mail, ID, Contacts and associated services like Flickr account.

Step4: Scroll down to the end of the page, type your password in the space provided, give Captcha code, and finally select Terminate this Account. You will be taken to another page that confirms deletion of your account however your details will remain for 90 days in Yahoo! Data record.
